THE HAGUE, Netherlands – Paolina Massidda is a lawyer with the International Criminal Court’s Office of the Public Counsel for Victims or OPCV, whose mandate is to represent victims of mass atrocities in cases before the ICC.
Massidda has been assigned to the Philippine case for years now. In this interview with Rappler’s Lian Buan, she shares the experience of sharing despair and hope with the families of those killed in the drug war.
