Cryptocurrency analytics company Santiment analyzed GitHub activity over the past 30 days to identify the Layer 2 projects that developers have focused on the most.

According to data shared by the company, projects focused on scalability and rollup technologies stood out in developer activity, with Starknet topping the list.

According to Santiment’s analysis, developer activity is considered one of the key metrics indicating the pace of a project’s technical development and ecosystem growth.

Here are the most focused-on layer-2 altcoins by cryptocurrency developers in the last 30 days, according to the

  2. Aztec (AZTEC) – 191.83
  3. Arbitrum (ARB) – 93.67
  4. zkSync (ZK) – 73.6
  5. Optimism (OP) – 57.27
  6. Cartesi (CTSI) – 42.6
  7. Fuel Network (FUEL) – 29.93
  8. SKALE (SKL) – 23.07
