A recent change to the tokenomics of ASTER on CoinMarketCap (CMC) caused confusion. This confusion spread in the community. It was a misunderstanding between two people. Since the TGE, the team has not used the monthly unlocked allocation and has instead stored it in a locked address. This means that it has not added to the circulating supply of ASTER.

Going forward, Aster will transfer the unlocked tokens. This will be a separate public unlock address. This is to prevent any further confusion. They currently have no need or plans to spend from this address. They will have transparency with the community. This will include the future usage of these funds.

As of November 15, 2025, the real-time price of one Aster (ASTER) cryptocurrency token is about $1.13 USD. Key metrics are: 24-hour trading volume is about $555 million USD. It has a market capitalization of more than $2.2 billion USD. The all-time high price was $2.41 USD on September 24, 2025.

Enhanced Transparency and No Immediate Spending Plans for Unlocked Tokens

A decentralized perpetual exchange, Aster, has made it clear about its position. Its tokenomics model is not altered. This comes after recent community confusion. Speculation came from an update on CoinMarketCap (CMC) and other platforms. The company addressed these concerns on a social media platform called X. It explained that the confusion had come about due to a miscommunication. As a result, analysts considered this the method the team used to report the circulating supply.

These key points of clarification were provided. There is no change in policy. The update on CMC revealed changing token unlock dates. Some were pushed to 2035. This was a reporting error. It was not a change to Aster’s official schedule of token releases. Unused tokens remain locked.

On the other hand, the team has never utilized the monthly tokens allotted for community growth and ecosystem development. This is the case since the Token Generation Event (TGE). These tokens have been lying in a locked address. They were never included in the circulating supply.

In order to avoid such misunderstandings in the future, transparency will be increased. Aster intends to migrate all the unused unlocked tokens. This will be to a separate, dedicated, public address. This will make it possible for the community to monitor the movement and use of these funds for themselves.

There are no immediate plans to spend. Aster confirmed that there are currently no plans. This includes using the funds from the new public address. Any future use will be transparently disclosed.

Ultimately, the purpose of this action is to gain the trust of investors. It also provides clarity. This is in line with market speculation. Such speculation is often an accompaniment of large token unlocks. Aster’s proactive communication strategy aims to curb FUD. It makes the community confident.

Tokyo Fashion Brand Expands Into Bitcoin and AI

The post Tokyo Fashion Brand Expands Into Bitcoin and AI appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. On Wednesday, Japanese casual apparel retailer Mac House announced that shareholders approved a name change to Gyet Co., Ltd., signaling a strategic shift into crypto and digital assets. The move highlights a broader corporate plan centered on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. It reflects the company’s ambition to launch a global Bitcoin treasury program, drawing attention from both domestic and international observers. “Yet” and Its Global Significance Gyet’s amended corporate charter introduces wide-ranging digital initiatives, adding cryptocurrency acquisition, trading, management, and payment services. The new objectives also cover crypto mining, staking, lending, and yield farming, as well as blockchain system development, NFT-related projects, and research in generative AI and data center operations. These changes indicate a clear intent to diversify beyond apparel and position the company within global technology and finance sectors. Sponsored Sponsored The rebranding reflects Gyet’s aim to operate with a broader international outlook. Its new name conveys three concepts: “Growth Yet,” “Global Yet,” and “Generation Yet,” signaling a desire to create technology-driven value for future generations while expanding beyond Japan’s domestic market. Bitcoin Purchasing and Mining Gyet declared its digital asset ambitions in June 2025 and in July signed a basic cooperation agreement with mining firm Zerofield. The company has since begun a $11.6 million Bitcoin acquisition program and is testing mining operations in US states such as Texas and Georgia, where electricity costs are relatively low. Its goal of holding more than 1,000 BTC is modest globally, but the model—funding purchases and mining with retail cash flow—remains unusual for an apparel business. Within Japan, Gyet follows companies such as Hotta Marusho and Kitabo, which have also diversified into cryptocurrency activities distinct from their original operations. This move may accelerate corporate Bitcoin holdings as a financial strategy, attract interest in overseas mining ventures by Japanese firms, and…
