Given the recent issues with Stream/Elixir, the oracle providers have been under immense pressure over the past 24 hours. They are expected to be online within hours. We will provide an update here again once they are online and the chain begins generating blocks. In the meantime, the team has verified and received pre-signed transactions from the white-hat hackers currently holding the stolen BEX funds. Once the chain resumes block generation, these transactions will transfer the BEX funds from the white-hat hackers to the Foundation deployer wallets without any further action from the white-hats."
