BNB Chain Expands With Archivas’ Storage Intelligence Layer

BNB
  • Archivas collaborates with BNB Chain to offer blockchain-based smart, yield-based storage.
  • The RCHV token reward is to encourage users who verify data, maintain the network online, and take an active part in it.
  • This collaboration enhances the performance of BNB Chain and provides new opportunities in the field of DeFi and AI data for actual returns.

BNB Chain is getting a major storage upgrade with the integration with Archivas. This is a new Proof-of-Space-and-Time network that rewards uptime, verified data, and real network activity.

BNB Chain Hosts Archivas’ Real-Yield Storage Network

The project’s native token, $RCHV, is designed to build an intelligent data layer that gives real value to storage and time instead of speculation. Archivas says its system turns every byte stored and every second online into a measurable value.

Unlike typical storage systems that depend on hype or token emissions, Archivas’ model uses real yield from staking and validation. The company describes this as “making storage earn,” where verified data directly contributes to network rewards and stability.

The platform runs on BNB Chain and aims to fill the gap left by earlier decentralized storage projects like Chia and Filecoin. While those projects focused on distributed storage, Archivas focuses on intelligence and sustainability. Its network ensures zero tax, transparent supply, and verifiable performance by connecting space, time, and consistency.

Archivas Integration Boosts BNB Chain Storage Intelligence

The team behind Archivas calls it a “storage intelligence layer” that will support the next phase of growth for BNB Chain. The idea is to make blockchain storage active rather than passive.

Each dataset, once verified, becomes part of the ecosystem’s collective value base. The model removes idle capacity and guarantees regular back-up, making this blockchain more effective in data-based applications.

Archivas prioritizes efficiency in addition to decentralization. It has a completely transparent architecture, and this enables users to distribute data by validating it in an open system. According to the project, this ensures that rewards flow only to storage providers who deliver real performance.

With BNB Chain’s large developer base, the integration could help build new storage-based DeFi models. Also, there would be AI data systems powered by real yield. Archivas believes the future of storage will not just be about capacity. It will think, verify, and reward. That, the company says, is what its network stands for.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…

Experts Say MUTM Could Be the Best Crypto to Invest in for Your $3,000 Budget Since BTC and ETH Are Expensive

Bitcoin (BTC) trading near $117,000 and Ethereum (ETH) around $5,000 have created an uncomfortable truth for many retail investors: entering these giants now requires a serious amount of capital. While both remain pillars of the market, the reality is that smaller portfolios often struggle to capture meaningful upside from these high-priced crypto coins. That is [...] The post Experts Say MUTM Could Be the Best Crypto to Invest in for Your $3,000 Budget Since BTC and ETH Are Expensive appeared first on Blockonomi.
