Men’s Pro Singles Recap

Ronan Camron saw double on his way to his first APP gold.

APP No. 1 Ammar Wazir’s streak of winning three straight Men’s Singles pro events was broken in the semis by Will Howells, who conquered the top seed but wasn’t able to finish off the title. Ronan Camron, who made the singles final at the Chicago Open in August but who had never won a gold before on tour, beat Howells for his first gold.

Women’s Pro Singles Recap

Sofia Sewing is running out of room in her trophy case at home.

Sofia Sewing won her fourth straight Women’s Pro Singles title, and her eighth of the season, by topping No. 2 Kat Stewart in the final. Sewing’s dominance on tour in singles was on display, and she now has nearly double the ranking points of her closest competitor in Singles. Trang Huynh-McClain, a player who hails from Vietnam and who might best be known as the player who helped topple Andre Agassi’s run at the 2025 US Open, rallied for the bronze.

Gold: Sofia Sewing. Silver: Kat Stewart. Bronze: Trang Huynh-McClain.


Mixed Pro Doubles Recap

No. 1 Megan Fudge/Jack Munro took out No. 2 Bobbi Oshiro/Will Howells for the Mixed gold. These two pairs have now played for the mixed gold five times since July of 2024, with Fudge & Munro now edging their rivals 3-2 in this head-to-head matchup.

Gold: Fudge & Munro. Silver: Oshiro & Howells. Bronze: Braverman & Blanco.


Men’s Pro Doubles Recap

Never count your chickens before they hatch; the dominant No. 1 pair of Howells & Munro was shocked in the round of 16 by Max Green & James Broker, no slouches themselves, but this opened up the top half of the draw. The No. 8 seeds seized the opportunity, and Robert Slutsky & Zach Taylor made a run to the final. They couldn’t overcome the No. 2 seeds, the veteran team of Erik Lange and Max “Purple Jesus” Manthou, who crushed the upstarts 5,2 for the gold.

Gold: Lange & Manthou. Silver: Slutsky & Taylor. Bronze: Schenk & Powell.


Women’s Pro Doubles Recap
