New $0.035 Token Named Best Crypto to Buy in 2025 as Cardano (ADA) Lacks Momentum for $3 Return

Cardano (ADA) has long been a top performer, but with momentum fadings and its $3 return losing steam, investors’ attention has turned elsewhere. The new Mutuum Finance (MUTM), a DeFi token with a future headlining as the top crypto to invest in 2025 is the one attracting attention. Mutuum Finance can be purchased at $0.035 as it is in stage 6 of presale. The protocol has more than $16 million worth of funds raised and more than 16,400 holders.

While ADA holds its steady performance, MUTM is shooting on a wave of new adoption based on its lend and borrow protocol filling the gap between practical real-world use case and exponential growth potential.

Cardano Shows Weak Momentum

Cardano (ADA) is trading at $0.8761 swinging between $0.86 and $0.88. In the past weeks, ADA has been unable to break through resistance at or near $1.00, and $0.80–$0.85 support has been firm. Compared with ADA’s current trend, some investors feel that newer DeFi protocol Mutuum Finance has greater potential to yield more in returns heading into Q4.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) Beats Expectations

Mutuum Finance is now in stage six of its presale at $0.035 after its growth from the previous stage by 16.17%. The market is witnessing unprecedented demand for the project where more than 16,400 investors have onboarded and crossed $16 million in raised capital.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) also initiated a $50,000 USDT Bug Bounty Program for the protection of the platform. The bugs have been classified on four levels depending on the tag critical, major, minor, and low.

Mutuum Finance has strong safety measures for any asset which is collateraled to prevent protocol’s and user’s safety from being compromised. They maintain target collateral ratios, deposit and lending caps. In an effort to maintain systemic stability, off close undercollateralized positions are encouraged to get liquidated, call penalties and charge liquidation guarantee remediation on time.

Collateral efficiency is maximized in the collateralized securities, i.e., lending efficiency is maximized in Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios in high collateralized finance. Reserve issues are introduced as a hedge against abnormal market conditions, and excess reserves can be charged on assets of high volatility to compensate for volatility.

Community Growth and Rate Adjustments

Mutuum Finance’s ultimate vision is to revolutionize the DeFi model the way it exists presently. To move towards this, the project is promoting early adoption through a $100,000 giveaway in which 10 participants will receive a $10,000 MUTM reward.

Mutuum Finance is on a floating rate of interest based on the level of liquidity. Cheap borrowing during periods of high liquidity allows for greater utilization. Expensive borrowing in periods of low liquidity allows for repayment of the loan and additional deposits. It balances the system apart from preventing over-borrowing.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) has been ranked among the top cryptos to buy in 2025 ahead of Cardano (ADA)’s slow pace. Stage 6 presale tokens are cheap at $0.035 and will rise in the following stage, with over $16M raised and 16,400 investors already on board. Compared to ADA’s failure to cross $3, MUTM offers fresh adoption prospects in its double lending system, dynamic interest models, and robust risk safeguards. Backed by a $50K CertiK bug bounty and a $100K community contest, it’s security-enabled. Lock in Stage 6 tokens now before prices go up even higher.

UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach

The post UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. British crypto holders may soon face a very different landscape as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) moves to expand its regulatory reach in the industry. A new consultation paper outlines how the watchdog intends to apply its rulebook to crypto firms, shaping everything from asset safeguarding to trading platform operation. According to the financial regulator, these proposals would translate into clearer protections for retail investors and stricter oversight of crypto firms. UK FCA plans Until now, UK crypto users mostly encountered the FCA through rules on promotions and anti-money laundering checks. The consultation paper goes much further. It proposes direct oversight of stablecoin issuers, custodians, and crypto-asset trading platforms (CATPs). For investors, that means the wallets, exchanges, and coins they rely on could soon be subject to the same governance and resilience standards as traditional financial institutions. The regulator has also clarified that firms need official authorization before serving customers. This condition should, in theory, reduce the risk of sudden platform failures or unclear accountability. David Geale, the FCA’s executive director of payments and digital finance, said the proposals are designed to strike a balance between innovation and protection. He explained: “We want to develop a sustainable and competitive crypto sector – balancing innovation, market integrity and trust.” Geale noted that while the rules will not eliminate investment risks, they will create consistent standards, helping consumers understand what to expect from registered firms. Why does this matter for crypto holders? The UK regulatory framework shift would provide safer custody of assets, better disclosure of risks, and clearer recourse if something goes wrong. However, the regulator was also frank in its submission, arguing that no rulebook can eliminate the volatility or inherent risks of holding digital assets. Instead, the focus is on ensuring that when consumers choose to invest, they do…
