Safe Pro Group Inc. has initiated the commercial rollout of its NODE-X, a next-generation miniaturized AI-powered edge compute processor designed to analyze drone footage for threat detection in military maneuver support missions. The system operates without connectivity to deliver rapid identification of landmines, unexploded ordnance and other battlefield risks, having been trained on a dataset of 2.6 million drone images and 47,000 confirmed threat detections from Ukraine.

The platform converts drone imagery into detailed geospatial models and actionable intelligence, supporting mission planning and situational awareness across defense, security and humanitarian applications. Powered by Safe Pro’s patented SPOTD technology, NODE-X offers real-time AI inference, 3D mapping and automated route guidance through a portable, field-ready backpack kit compatible with Army-approved short-range reconnaissance drones.

The system is scheduled to participate in additional U.S. Army exercises through the second quarter of 2026 as the company builds momentum toward broader deployment. This rollout follows a recent government contract and positions Safe Pro to scale production in response to growing demand for AI-driven military solutions. The company’s scalable platform targets multiple markets including commercial, government, law enforcement and humanitarian sectors.
