Bitget has launched Stocks 2.0, a tokenized stock spot product with 36 equity and ETF-linked assets. The upgrade targets deeper liquidity, clearer asset backing, and better capital use inside Bitget’s trading ecosystem. It also strengthens Bitget’s Universal Exchange model as demand grows for tokenized real-world assets.
Stocks 2.0 gives users access to stock-linked tokens tied to major global equities and ETFs. The first batch includes Apple, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, Alphabet, NVIDIA, Microsoft and QQQ. However, access depends on user location and eligibility rules.
Bitget designed Stocks 2.0 to connect tokenized stock trading with real equity market liquidity. As a result, users can trade stock-linked assets through deeper order books and faster execution. The company also aims to reduce trading friction inside the Bitget app.
The product uses USDT for direct stablecoin trading, which simplifies entry and settlement. Besides, cash dividends convert into USDT and credit to user accounts. Stock dividends and corporate actions also reflect in token balances to maintain aligned exposure.
Reality, a licensed real-world asset issuance platform, issues the product with Bitget’s ecosystem support. Stocks 2.0 uses 1 to 1 economic mapping for eligible stock tokens. Hence, token balances aim to track the economic value of the underlying stock assets.
The structure also covers stock splits, reverse splits, and other corporate actions. Bitget adjusts token positions when companies change share structures. This process helps users keep consistent exposure without leaving the crypto trading environment.
Bitget said Stocks 2.0 builds on its earlier tokenized equity products, stock futures, ETFs, and pre-IPO offerings. In January 2026, its cumulative tokenized stock spot volume passed $1 billion. Moreover, its stock futures crossed $10 billion in cumulative trading volume.
Stocks 2.0 also expands tokenized equities across Bitget’s wider trading tools. Eligible stock tokens can work inside unified accounts and margin systems. In addition, users can connect supported assets to spot grid, futures grid, copy trading, and selected yield products.
This approach gives users more ways to manage capital while holding exposure to global equities. It also links tokenized stocks with crypto-native trading strategies. Bitget positions Stocks 2.0 as a core part of its Universal Exchange strategy.
Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said tokenized equities are building a bridge between crypto and global markets. She added that more than 10% of global financial assets could become tokenized by 2030. With Stocks 2.0, Bitget now pushes deeper into tokenized real-world asset trading.
