MANILA, Philippines – The Sandiganbayan 2nd Division has junked Senator Jinggoy Estrada’s motions questioning the graft charges against him, paving the way for trial proceedings.
Estrada refused to enter a plea during arraignment on the case. The court subsequently entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
With the motions denied and arraignment completed, the case will proceed to pre-trial.
