The Philippines ranked 68th out of 85 countries according to the 2026 edition of Global Atlas of Risk and Readiness (GARR) by Global Citizen Solutions. The country scored 78.83 out of 100, only outperforming Cambodia’s 73.58 score (82nd) in the East and Southeast Asian bloc. The GARR is a new benchmarking framework assessing how effectively a country combines structural stability with long-term growth capacity through the two equally weighted pillars of risk and structural stability, and readiness and market opportunity.
