Datavault AI (DVLT) shares fell 4.67% to $0.3713 as the company expanded its WiSA business in China. The stock remained under pressure throughout the session and traded near its intraday lows. Meanwhile, WiSA Technologies entered new Goho LS7 home entertainment systems through a Goldhorn partnership.

DVLT struggled to recover during the session and remained near the lower end of its daily range. The decline showed that the new product announcement did not support the share price. Datavault AI continued expanding its Acoustic Sciences operations through WiSA Technologies.
The division supplies wireless audio modules and software for high-definition home entertainment products. Its technology supports synchronized and low-latency sound transmission across several connected speakers. Therefore, the company targets products that require reliable multichannel wireless audio connections.
Datavault AI operates through its Acoustic Sciences and Data Sciences divisions. The Acoustic Sciences unit includes WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian technologies for spatial and multichannel sound. The Data Sciences unit supports data valuation, digital experiences, and secure asset monetization.
Goldhorn integrated the WiSA E Enterprise module into its new Goho LS7 home audio systems. The company introduced both 2.0-channel and 5.1-channel versions for home entertainment and karaoke. WiSA technology manages the wireless connection between the systems’ audio components.
Both LS7 models include a 4K Ultra HD projector and several connection options. Users can connect devices through HDMI, optical, USB, and Ethernet ports. The systems also include microphones and karaoke functions for home entertainment use.
The LS7 2.0 version features two tall, thin, full-range speakers. Their narrow design allows users to display or position them discreetly within different rooms. The 5.1 system combines five satellite speakers with a subwoofer for surround sound.
Goldhorn now distributes the Goho LS7 systems across China, and both models are available. The launch marks the company’s expansion from mobile audio products into the home entertainment market. It also gives WiSA Technologies another commercial application for its wireless audio modules.
WiSA E offers hardware and software solutions for home entertainment products and connected audio components. The platform supports high-definition, multichannel sound with low latency and precise synchronization. These features allow compatible devices to transmit audio without traditional speaker cables.
Datavault AI also targets wider uses for WiSA technology beyond home entertainment systems. The company identifies robotics, drones, holograms, and related products as possible integration markets. DVLT shares remained lower as the China expansion failed to reverse the session’s decline.
