Garmin Ltd. (GRMN) rose 1.06% to $247.89 as its marine electronics push gained fresh attention. The move followed Garmin’s launch of the LiveScope 2 Series, its latest live-scanning sonar lineup. The release strengthens Garmin’s fishing technology portfolio and keeps marine innovation central to its growth story.

Garmin Expands Live Sonar Lineup

Garmin introduced LiveScope 2 as the next step in its real-time sonar system for anglers. The series improves fish, bait and structure visibility around the boat. It also adds three new transducer models for different fishing needs.

The new lineup offers 20% greater resolution than the previous generation. It also improves noise reduction and expands sonar coverage across key viewing modes. As a result, anglers can track movement more clearly in changing water conditions.

Garmin designed the system for Forward, Down, and Perspective modes. Wider sonar angles increase coverage, while faster processing lowers delays. Therefore, anglers can see fish react and adjust their timing more quickly.

LiveScope 2 Adds Range And Detail

The LiveScope 2 LVS44 model targets anglers who need wider coverage and longer reach. Garmin says it delivers 25% more range and reaches up to 250 feet. It builds on LiveScope Plus and supports broader water scanning.

The LiveScope 2 HD LVS42HD focuses on short and castable distances. It offers clearer live sonar at ranges up to 125 feet. Garmin says it provides 50% more detail at closer ranges than the previous model.

The company also added a LiveScope 2 HD Ice Fishing Transducer. This model uses a shorter flexible cable for cold-water setups. It also includes an all-in-one power and network cable with a shaft mount.

Garmin Simplifies Marine Installation

Garmin removed the need for a separate black box in the new system. Each transducer connects directly to a compatible Garmin multifunction display and power source. This change reduces installation work and frees space on the boat.

The series includes built-in sensors that support daily use. A water sensor switches off sonar when users lift the transducer from water. An onboard temperature sensor provides readings during fishing sessions.

Garmin also supports accessories across its marine ecosystem. The series works with the Spy Pole mount for independent sonar control. It also supports the GT360UHD transducer for broader live and 360-degree views.

Marine Electronics Remain A Key Garmin Segment

The LiveScope 2 Series is available now through Garmin’s marine product lineup. Suggested retail prices range from $1,999.99 to $2,199.99. The pricing places the system in Garmin’s premium fishing electronics category.

Garmin has built a strong position in marine electronics through sonar, navigation, and connected boat systems. The company serves anglers, sailors, mariners, and recreational boat users. Its marine segment remains tied to product upgrades and hardware demand.

The latest launch adds fresh product depth as GRMN trades higher in early action. Garmin also maintains industry recognition from the National Marine Electronics Association. However, future demand will depend on adoption across serious anglers and marine retailers.

The post Why The Green Bay Packers Must Take The Cleveland Browns Seriously — As Hard As That Might Be appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are off to a 2-0 start. Getty Images The Green Bay Packers are, once again, one of the NFL’s better teams. The Cleveland Browns are, once again, one of the league’s doormats. It’s why unbeaten Green Bay (2-0) is a 8-point favorite at winless Cleveland (0-2) Sunday according to betmgm.com. The money line is also Green Bay -500. Most expect this to be a Packers’ rout, and it very well could be. But Green Bay knows taking anyone in this league for granted can prove costly. “I think if you look at their roster, the paper, who they have on that team, what they can do, they got a lot of talent and things can turn around quickly for them,” Packers safety Xavier McKinney said. “We just got to kind of keep that in mind and know we not just walking into something and they just going to lay down. That’s not what they going to do.” The Browns certainly haven’t laid down on defense. Far from. Cleveland is allowing an NFL-best 191.5 yards per game. The Browns gave up 141 yards to Cincinnati in Week 1, including just seven in the second half, but still lost, 17-16. Cleveland has given up an NFL-best 45.5 rushing yards per game and just 2.1 rushing yards per attempt. “The biggest thing is our defensive line is much, much improved over last year and I think we’ve got back to our personality,” defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz said recently. “When we play our best, our D-line leads us there as our engine.” The Browns rank third in the league in passing defense, allowing just 146.0 yards per game. Cleveland has also gone 30 straight games without allowing a 300-yard passer, the longest active streak in the NFL.…
