The global real estate market is the largest asset class on Earth, estimated to be worth more than $300 trillion — larger than all global equities and debt securities combined. Yet, despite its size and importance, the way real estate is financed hasn’t changed much in decades.

Lengthy approval processes, centralized control, and limited access have left property developers and users alike searching for a more efficient and transparent model. That’s where ConstructKoin (CTK) comes in — a blockchain-powered ReFi (Real Estate Financing) protocol that’s introducing a smarter, more scalable way to move capital into development worldwide.

The Scale of the Real Estate Financing Problem

Traditional property financing systems are plagued by inefficiency. Developers face high costs, complex bureaucracy, and a dependence on banks or private equity firms that can delay or restrict funding.

At the same time, liquidity in the real estate sector remains fragmented — capital doesn’t flow as freely or efficiently as it does in digital markets.

By applying blockchain principles to this $300 trillion global industry, ConstructKoin (CTK) is creating a platform where capital flow, verification, and financing can all happen in real time, without unnecessary friction.

ConstructKoin’s ReFi Model Explained

ConstructKoin’s approach is centered around ReFi — Real Estate Financing via blockchain. Instead of tokenizing property ownership, CTK focuses on the process itself.

Through its ReFi infrastructure, property developers can access efficient, transparent financing, while participants can engage in real-world asset lending through a blockchain-secured environment.

This makes CTK’s model compliant, scalable, and future-proof, ready to operate across both regulated and unregulated asset-backed lending frameworks.

Why This Opportunity Is So Big

The numbers speak for themselves:

  • Global real estate: $300+ trillion in value
  • Annual development demand: $8–10 trillion
  • Institutional interest in blockchain-based lending: rapidly rising

Even capturing a fraction of this market through tokenized financing would represent one of the largest value shifts in blockchain history. ConstructKoin’s early entry gives it a powerful first-mover advantage in the ReFi category.

The $100M Presale Fueling Expansion

To fund its development and partnerships, ConstructKoin is running a 10-phase presale, starting at $0.1 and gradually increasing to $1. The $100 million target raise is structured to mirror institutional-grade funding rounds, giving the project the strength to expand globally while maintaining transparency.

Proceeds will support technology rollout, compliance infrastructure, and collaborations with developers, institutions, and asset-backed lenders.

Analysts: CTK Could Unlock Real-World Capital Flows

Market experts call ConstructKoin “the liquidity bridge for real-world finance.” Just as DeFi brought liquidity to crypto assets, CTK’s ReFi protocol could bring that same efficiency to real estate and large-scale lending markets.

By enabling secure, verifiable financing on blockchain rails, CTK is opening doors to a massive economic opportunity previously closed off to innovation.

Final Thoughts

With a total market value exceeding $300 trillion, real estate represents the largest untapped opportunity for blockchain integration. ConstructKoin (CTK) is seizing that opportunity through ReFi — transforming property development financing into a transparent, technology-driven process.

As global attention shifts toward real-world asset tokenization, CTK stands out as one of the most promising projects redefining how capital moves through the physical economy.

UK FCA Plans to Waive Some Rules for Crypto Companies: FT

The post UK FCA Plans to Waive Some Rules for Crypto Companies: FT appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The U.K.’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has plans to waive some of its rules for cryptocurrency companies, according to a Financial Times (FT) report on Wednesday. However, in another areas the FCA intends to tighten the rules where they pertain to industry-specific risks, such as cyber attacks. The financial watchdog wishes to adapt its existing rules for financial service companies to the unique nature of cryptoassets, the FT reported, citing a consultation paper published Wednesday. “You have to recognize that some of these things are very different,” David Geale, the FCA’s executive director for payments and digital finance, said in an interview, according to the report, adding that a “lift and drop” of existing traditional finance rules would not be effective with crypto. One such area that may be handled differently is the stipulation that a firm “must conduct its business with integrity” and “pay due regard to the interest of its customers and treat them fairly.” Crypto companies would be given less strict requirements than banks or investment platforms on rules concerning senior managers, systems and controls, as cryptocurrency firms “do not typically pose the same level of systemic risk,” the FCA said. Firms would also not have to offer customers a cooling off period due to the voltatile nature of crypto prices, nor would technology be classed as an outsourcing arrangement requiring extra risk management. This is because blockchain technology is often permissionless, meaning anyone can participate without the input of an intermediary. Other areas of crypto regulation remain undecided. The FCA has plans to fully integrate cryptocurrency into its regulatory framework from 2026.
