2026 Outlook: automated Agentic AI workflows will rapidly emerge as business imperatives to meet patient expectations while driving profitability and resilience

DANIA BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–IntelePeer today released a new executive outlook report that offers actionable insights for healthcare organizations to consider in successfully implementing Agentic AI into their workflows in 2026. It suggests that secure, compliant Agentic AI automation solutions will become critical requirements to ensure profitability and resilience in the face of staffing shortages, rising costs, and patient expectations for digital engagement.

Titled “The Agentic Advantage: Transforming Healthcare and the Enterprise with Safe, Scalable AI”, the report found market leaders adopting AI are focused less on technology than on solutions that can deliver immediate, measurable improvements in patient satisfaction and operational results. It suggests Agentic AI solutions must integrate with existing infrastructure and provide intuitive analytics for continuous optimization to work best and found companies lagging in adoption of such solutions will fall behind those that do.

“For the C-suite, clear outcomes, compliance and trust should be non-negotiable requirements for implementing AI,” said Frank Fawzi, CEO, IntelePeer. “Healthcare leaders cannot afford to invest time or capital in complex systems or narrowly focused point solutions. They need proven AI-powered solutions that work with existing infrastructure, streamline business processes, and quickly deliver the transformative results in financial performance and patient engagement that they expect.”

Agentic AI Expectations in 2026

The report suggests healthcare providers adopting Agentic AI solutions in 2026 must prioritize these five factors:

  1. Trust-first architecture: Safety by design with HIPAA/PHI/PCI readiness, governed models, strict guardrails, and human escalation for clinical risk.
  2. Day-one value: Rapid deployment that avoids pilot purgatory and demonstrates ROI in ≤90 days across high-volume, rules-based workflows.
  3. Integration-first: Instead of “rip-and-replace,” expect straightforward integration with existing EHR, PMS, and contact center ecosystems for a smooth and rapid deployment that unlocks value immediately.
  4. Analytics as the intelligence layer: Intuitive analytics that examine transcripts, sentiment, outcome tracking, workflow performance, and analysis agents make AI auditable and actionable.
  5. Interoperability for the next decade: Invest in solutions using standards that coordinate data, AI models, and workflows securely across systems rather than those that increase complexity or introduce compliance risks.

Their flexibility and partnership approach, enable us to use technology to strengthen the fundamentals and drive better outcomes for both our patients and our organization.”

Looking ahead, the biggest win will be unlocking the value of unstructured data in EMR silos and deliver actionable insights that transform care.”

“At Navia, our priority is making every interaction easier and more meaningful for our customers,” said Erin Dewey, Chief Operating Officer at Navia Benefit Solutions. “We are partnering with IntelePeer to design intelligent solutions that streamline routine tasks, reduce wait times, and empower our service teams to focus on what matters most: listening and responding with care. “Our partnership with IntelePeer is focused on transforming the patient experience while driving operational efficiency as a critical value lever,” said Clayton Lawrence, Chief Operating Officer of Unio Health Partners. “With IntelePeer’s SmartOffice and SmartEngage solutions, we have reduced our no-show rate to just over 3% and fully automated waitlist management, resulting in a 10% improvement in overall schedule utilization. Looking ahead to 2026, AI-assisted workflows will handle the majority of patient appointment scheduling requests, assess call sentiment, and enable continuous, around-the-clock engagement with callers. These enhancements deliver meaningful value to our patients.”

Proven Performance: IntelePeer’s Ability to Deliver

In Q3 2025, the company achieved 57% growth in contracted subscription annual recurring revenue (cARR), with AI-related cARR increasing by 134%.

BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models

The post BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. BlackRock is steering $185 billion worth of model portfolios deeper into US stocks and artificial intelligence. The decision came this week as the asset manager adjusted its entire model suite, increasing its equity allocation and dumping exposure to international developed markets. The firm now sits 2% overweight on stocks, after money moved between several of its biggest exchange-traded funds. This wasn’t a slow shuffle. Billions flowed across multiple ETFs on Tuesday as BlackRock executed the realignment. The iShares S&P 100 ETF (OEF) alone brought in $3.4 billion, the largest single-day haul in its history. The iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) collected $2.3 billion, while the iShares US Equity Factor Rotation Active ETF (DYNF) added nearly $2 billion. The rebalancing triggered swift inflows and outflows that realigned investor exposure on the back of performance data and macroeconomic outlooks. BlackRock raises equities on strong US earnings The model updates come as BlackRock backs the rally in American stocks, fueled by strong earnings and optimism around rate cuts. In an investment letter obtained by Bloomberg, the firm said US companies have delivered 11% earnings growth since the third quarter of 2024. Meanwhile, earnings across other developed markets barely touched 2%. That gap helped push the decision to drop international holdings in favor of American ones. Michael Gates, lead portfolio manager for BlackRock’s Target Allocation ETF model portfolio suite, said the US market is the only one showing consistency in sales growth, profit delivery, and revisions in analyst forecasts. “The US equity market continues to stand alone in terms of earnings delivery, sales growth and sustainable trends in analyst estimates and revisions,” Michael wrote. He added that non-US developed markets lagged far behind, especially when it came to sales. This week’s changes reflect that position. The move was made ahead of the Federal…

(Photo by Paul Natkin/Getty Images) Getty Images Singer Lou Gramm has a vivid memory of recording the ballad “Waiting for a Girl Like You” at New York City’s Electric Lady Studio for his band Foreigner more than 40 years ago. Gramm was adding his vocals for the track in the control room on the other side of the glass when he noticed a beautiful woman walking through the door. “She sits on the sofa in front of the board,” he says. “She looked at me while I was singing. And every now and then, she had a little smile on her face. I’m not sure what that was, but it was driving me crazy. “And at the end of the song, when I’m singing the ad-libs and stuff like that, she gets up,” he continues. “She gives me a little smile and walks out of the room. And when the song ended, I would look up every now and then to see where Mick [Jones] and Mutt [Lange] were, and they were pushing buttons and turning knobs. They were not aware that she was even in the room. So when the song ended, I said, ‘Guys, who was that woman who walked in? She was beautiful.’ And they looked at each other, and they went, ‘What are you talking about? We didn’t see anything.’ But you know what? I think they put her up to it. Doesn’t that sound more like them?” “Waiting for a Girl Like You” became a massive hit in 1981 for Foreigner off their album 4, which peaked at number one on the Billboard chart for 10 weeks and…
