British media personality Piers Morgan threatened a far-right influencer Friday with legal action after being accused, without evidence, of visiting Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.

Morgan has not been accused of any wrongdoing as it relates to Epstein, though he has been photographed posing alongside Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell. The photograph, Morgan said, was taken in 2013 at a book launch event in New York. He would later call her a “monster.”

Nevertheless, far-right influencer Nicolas Balinthazy — better known by his online persona “Sneako” — asked Morgan publicly on social media Friday morning: “Why would you go to that island,” alongside a photo of Morgan and Maxwell from the aforementioned 2013 event.

Morgan responded less than an hour later with a stern warning.

“Delete this defamatory lie or I will sue you,” Morgan wrote in a social media post on X.

Balinthazy has faced a wave of scrutiny in recent weeks after appearing on a video singing along to the song “Heil Hitler,” the controversial song by Ye, the artist formally known as Kanye West. He’s also made pro-Hitler and antisemitic remarks over the years, wishing Hitler a “happy birthday” in 2016 and referring to Jewish people as “dirty.”

Morgan’s name has appeared in the Justice Department’s Friday release of around 3.5 million Epstein files, but does not include any suggestions of wrongdoing.

For instance, in 2011, Epstein’s publicist, Peggy Siegal, emailed Epstein about having recently attended a dinner at which Morgan, Woody Allen, Michael Bloomberg and others were in attendance. Siegal also invited Epstein via email to attend an event in 2012 hosted by The Hollywood Reporter, an event in which Morgan was listed as a planned attendee.
