PANews reported on February 11th that, according to Fortune, BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, announced the listing of its tokenized fund BUIDL, backed by US Treasury bonds, on the decentralized exchange Uniswap. As part of the collaboration, BlackRock will also purchase an undisclosed amount of Uniswap tokens (UNI). The partnership, facilitated by asset tokenization company Securitize , will initially be open only to qualified institutional investors through a whitelist mechanism, requiring participants to have at least $5 million in assets.
