ATHENS, Ga.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nawkaw, the global leader in proprietary stains and application services for concrete and masonry, today announced a strategic transition within its executive leadership team, effective February 2, 2026. Dr. Kasia Purzycka has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Pribula has been named President, and Founder Russell Gray will assume the role of Chairman.

Dr. Purzycka brings more than a decade of executive leadership and scientific expertise to her role as Chief Executive Officer. Having served as President and Chief Science Officer for the past ten years, she has played a pivotal role in Nawkaw’s growth while strengthening its global presence and accelerating innovation. Under her leadership, Nawkaw enhanced operational discipline, scaled international operations, and advanced its reputation as the authority in architectural concrete and masonry finishes.

As CEO, she will continue to focus on sustainable expansion, operational excellence, and strategic market leadership while preserving the company’s core values and commitment to performance-driven solutions.

As President, Bryan Pribula will lead global operations, strategic growth, and partner development across Nawkaw’s expanding network. He brings more than a decade of experience in building envelope performance, commercial strategy, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning technical excellence with disciplined execution, building high-performing teams, and strengthening long-term relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners. Pribula is recognized for his results-driven leadership style and commitment to accountability, clarity, and measurable performance. Russell Gray, Founder of Nawkaw, transitions to Chairman following decades of leadership as Chief Executive Officer.
