The statement cited factors such as weakening ecosystem growth and funding/project inflows, as well as changes in core technology and asset governance, making continued operation difficult. During the liquidation period, liquidity and community funds will not be used. The team's CLY tokens have not been sold or staked, and the team plans to make a final distribution to CLY stakers and gradually shut down the front-end.
