Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) has entered 2026 with significant momentum following international success in Africa and Central America during the fourth quarter of 2025. The company is responding to worldwide nitrogen shortages exacerbated by Middle East turmoil as farmers prepare for spring planting season, coupled with increasing regulations regarding the safety, runoff, and emissions of traditional chemical nitrogen and phosphorous.

‘With the developments in the Middle East leading to a shortage of chemical nitrogen and escalating prices, we are prepared to meet farmer’s needs,’ said Mark Gaalswyk, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. ‘We have the production capabilities, the distribution network, and a competitive pricing structure that will offset the price surge of anhydrous ammonia and urea.’

The company’s production capabilities are not contingent on external forces, with Terreplenish production facilities operating in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida, providing year-round access to the food waste utilized by their certified organic microbial solution. Additionally, a series of Easy FEN™ units are in production at the Mankato, MN factory, with the first scheduled to deploy to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons per year of liquid Terreplenish® microbial solution, utilizing local organic waste streams to reduce production costs while improving soil fertility, water retention, and crop resilience.

Field trials across three continents have demonstrated consistent yield, development, and growth results. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and The Congo resulted in substantial yield increases for multiple plant varieties under diverse conditions. In Central America, the focus has been on flowers, shrubs, and turf as local governments within Panama focus on city beautification. In North America, results have been obtained in trials ranging from Mexico to Florida, with test protocols developed for dozens of additional tests for corn and wheat, plus fruit and garden vegetables.

Closer to home, 2026 brings a continuation of Ash Tree trials and treatment to save millions of Midwest ash trees from the ash borer. The company treated over 1,000 trees last summer in a trial program with dramatic positive results and aims to treat and save over 10,000 trees this spring by applying Terreplenish® before trees are decimated.

The company has initiated an aggressive campaign to reach customers through trade shows and new distributor partnerships. After being named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, they attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with representatives of over 800 retail store outlets. Paired with their Amazon launch, this introduces Terreplenish® to consumers on a mass scale. Concurrently, they attended the annual Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, meeting over 2,000 directors of golf courses and resorts worldwide, and participated in the U S Composting Council annual conference, engaging with over 1,000 attendees seeking solutions for waste remediation and compost enhancement.

EZES also received exposure at the World Ag Expo in California, where attendance reached over 100,000 people representing 70 countries. ‘These conferences provide a unique venue for personal interaction with our grower customers and distribution partners,’ said Bill Bliler, Director of Business Development. ‘The opportunity to meet, field questions, demonstrate, and understand the needs of our customers is immeasurable.’

The company’s stated vision is to convert waste into worth while fueling the world, feeding the famished, and fostering environmental sustainability. After evaluating a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock, both parties elected not to proceed with the proposed arrangement, which included a 25% equity dilution component for EZES. Instead, the organizations are developing an OEM supplier relationship to pair technologies while benefiting both organizations. ‘Our responsibility is to make decisions that best support the future of the company, our partners, and our customers,’ per the EZES Management Team.

Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC

The post Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson has weighed in on whether the Federal Reserve should make a 25 basis points (bps) Fed rate cut or 50 bps cut. This comes ahead of the Fed decision today at today’s FOMC meeting, with the market pricing in a 25 bps cut. Bitcoin and the broader crypto market are currently trading flat ahead of the rate cut decision. Franklin Templeton CEO Weighs In On Potential FOMC Decision In a CNBC interview, Jenny Johnson said that she expects the Fed to make a 25 bps cut today instead of a 50 bps cut. She acknowledged the jobs data, which suggested that the labor market is weakening. However, she noted that this data is backward-looking, indicating that it doesn’t show the current state of the economy. She alluded to the wage growth, which she remarked is an indication of a robust labor market. She added that retail sales are up and that consumers are still spending, despite inflation being sticky at 3%, which makes a case for why the FOMC should opt against a 50-basis-point Fed rate cut. In line with this, the Franklin Templeton CEO said that she would go with a 25 bps rate cut if she were Jerome Powell. She remarked that the Fed still has the October and December FOMC meetings to make further cuts if the incoming data warrants it. Johnson also asserted that the data show a robust economy. However, she noted that there can’t be an argument for no Fed rate cut since Powell already signaled at Jackson Hole that they were likely to lower interest rates at this meeting due to concerns over a weakening labor market. Notably, her comment comes as experts argue for both sides on why the Fed should make a 25 bps cut or…
