The issuance of ULTIMA tokens is governed by a strict deflationary model on the Smart Blockchain. Unlike traditional inflationary assets, ULTIMA utilizes a scheduled reduction in supply to create scarcity over time.

• Limited Total Supply: The maximum supply of ULTIMA is capped at 100,000 tokens.
• Halving Events: Token issuance is reduced periodically through halving events. The daily distribution of tokens is projected to decline steadily, reaching a rate of just one token per day by the year 2028.
• Minting via Smart Contracts: New tokens are generated through a minting process facilitated by the Ultima Farm application. This process is entirely decentralized and operates via smart contracts on the blockchain.

The ULTIMA ecosystem is designed to be utility-driven, focusing on real-world applications such as international payments and e-commerce.

Usage and Utility

The token serves several core functions within its global infrastructure:

• Cross-Border Transactions: Enabling efficient international payments across a network spanning over 120 countries.
• Ultima Card: A unique crypto debit card that allows users to spend ULTIMA and other cryptocurrencies at millions of points of sale globally, with high daily deposit limits (up to 10,000 euros) and withdrawal limits (up to 2,000 euros).
• Ecosystem Access: The token is used across various platforms, including the Ultima Store (marketplace), Ultima Travel Club (travel discounts), and both charity and startup crowdfunding platforms.

Reward Allocation

When rewards are generated through the minting process, they are automatically divided by the smart contract into two distinct balances:

• 60% Available Balance: These tokens are immediately usable for transactions, transfers, or purchases within the ecosystem.
• 40% Upgrade Balance: This portion is reserved specifically for reinvestment within the ecosystem, ensuring long-term participation and growth.

Incentive and Locking Mechanism

The primary incentive for holding and participating in the ULTIMA network is the "splitting" and "freezing" technology, which rewards users for contributing to the network's liquidity and stability.

• Token Freezing: Participants earn rewards by "freezing" their ULTIMA tokens in their wallets. This action removes tokens from the active circulating supply, supporting the deflationary strategy.
• Liquidity Pools: Rewards are distributed proportionally to holders of SPLIT tokens, which represent a user's share in the liquidity pools.
• Farming Units: Users engage with "Farming Units" to facilitate the minting process. These units act as the technical requirement for users to begin earning rewards through the freezing mechanism.

Locking and Unlocking Timeframes

The locking mechanisms in the Ultima ecosystem are structured to encourage long-term commitment rather than short-term speculation.

The unlocking of rewards occurs on a monthly basis in equal amounts throughout the duration of the active smart contract. Users maintain exclusive access to their private keys throughout these periods, ensuring that while tokens may be "frozen" for minting, the security of the assets remains entirely under the user's decentralized control.
