THE HAGUE, Netherlands – All systems are set for the confirmation of charges hearing of former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.

One year after his stunning arrest upon landing in Manila, Duterte will undergo a pre-trial process that will take place over four days – February 23, 24, 26 and 27 – starting at 5 pm Manila time (10 am The Hague time) each hearing day.

Rappler reporter Lian Buan is on the ground in The Hague covering this historic event, and on Friday, February 20, she will sit down with ICC spokesperson Oriane Maillet to ask your questions.

If you have any questions about the process, and what to expect, please send in your questions in advance. It is a recorded interview. We will take questions until 10 pm Manila time, Thursday, February 19.
