What is PerpMe (PERPME)

PerpMe is a token launchpad on HyperEVM (chain ID 999). Anyone can create an ERC-20 token through it in a single transaction. The contract mints a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens and places the entire amount into a newly created Uniswap V3 pool on PRJX as a single-sided liquidity position, quoted in HYPE, USDC, USD₮0 or PURR. The LP NFT for that position is then transferred to a locker contract which exposes no function to decrease liquidity, collect principal or transfer the position out, so the liquidity cannot be withdrawn by the creator, by a buyer, or by the platform. There is no pre-mine and no team allocation: the whole supply sits in the pool at launch and can only be obtained by buying from it. Trading fees accrued by each pool are split 60/40 between that token's creator and the platform, and the split is snapshotted into the position when the token launches, so it cannot be changed afterwards. The creator's share of the fees denominated in the token itself is sent to the burn address rather than paid out, so a token's supply falls as it trades. PERPME is the platform's own token, created through PerpMe under exactly these rules, using the same factory, the same locker and the same fee split as every other token on it.
