The new platform allows companies to train and run AI models on a single integrated system. This eliminates the need for businesses to build custom AI infrastructure from scratch.

Supermicro’s AI factory clusters combine the company’s servers with Nvidia’s Blackwell GPUs, Spectrum-X Ethernet networking, and Nvidia’s software stack. The systems arrive as complete turnkey solutions ready for immediate use.

CEO Charles Liang said the goal is to make AI accessible beyond large tech firms. He wants to bring AI capabilities to enterprises across all industries.

Scalable Solutions for Different Needs

The company offers three main configuration sizes. The smallest setup includes 4 nodes and 32 GPUs.

Medium configurations feature 8 nodes. The largest option packs 32 nodes with 256 GPUs.

All systems come pre-integrated and tested at Supermicro’s production facilities. The company is currently accepting orders for these AI factory clusters.

The clusters include Nvidia AI Enterprise software, Omniverse, and Run:ai platforms. Networking components and cabling come fully integrated for plug-and-play deployment.

Supermicro tested systems up to L12 multi-rack cluster level. This testing happens at global production sites including San Jose, California.

The company designed these systems for traditional data center environments. They account for common constraints like power, cooling, and physical space limitations.

Nvidia’s Expanding Hardware Network

Supermicro joins a growing list of Nvidia partners in the AI infrastructure space. Dell Technologies expanded its AI factory platform with Nvidia chips earlier this week.

Arm Holdings also announced closer collaboration with Nvidia. The chipmaker plans to add NVLink Fusion technology to its Neoverse platform.

These partnerships highlight Nvidia’s central position in AI hardware development. Multiple companies are building integrated systems around Nvidia’s GPU technology.

Liang credited Nvidia’s GB300 NVL72 and HGX B300 platforms for faster delivery times. He said these platforms improve results for large AI customers.

The AI factory solutions support various workloads. Systems with RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs handle AI inference, enterprise HPC, and graphics rendering.

Configurations with HGX B200 GPUs focus on AI model training and fine-tuning. These systems use NVLink for maximum GPU-to-GPU communication.

Wall Street View

Analysts give Super Micro Computer a Hold consensus rating. This rating comes from five Buy recommendations, five Holds, and two Sells.

The average price target sits at $46.82. This suggests roughly 34% upside from current levels.

SMCI stock has gained over 14.5% year-to-date. The company is taking orders now for AI factory solutions in 4-node, 8-node, and 32-node configurations.

Fed rate decision September 2025

The post Fed rate decision September 2025 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. WASHINGTON – The Federal Reserve on Wednesday approved a widely anticipated rate cut and signaled that two more are on the way before the end of the year as concerns intensified over the U.S. labor market. In an 11-to-1 vote signaling less dissent than Wall Street had anticipated, the Federal Open Market Committee lowered its benchmark overnight lending rate by a quarter percentage point. The decision puts the overnight funds rate in a range between 4.00%-4.25%. Newly-installed Governor Stephen Miran was the only policymaker voting against the quarter-point move, instead advocating for a half-point cut. Governors Michelle Bowman and Christopher Waller, looked at for possible additional dissents, both voted for the 25-basis point reduction. All were appointed by President Donald Trump, who has badgered the Fed all summer to cut not merely in its traditional quarter-point moves but to lower the fed funds rate quickly and aggressively. In the post-meeting statement, the committee again characterized economic activity as having “moderated” but added language saying that “job gains have slowed” and noted that inflation “has moved up and remains somewhat elevated.” Lower job growth and higher inflation are in conflict with the Fed’s twin goals of stable prices and full employment.  “Uncertainty about the economic outlook remains elevated” the Fed statement said. “The Committee is attentive to the risks to both sides of its dual mandate and judges that downside risks to employment have risen.” Markets showed mixed reaction to the developments, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up more than 300 points but the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite posting losses. Treasury yields were modestly lower. At his post-meeting news conference, Fed Chair Jerome Powell echoed the concerns about the labor market. “The marked slowing in both the supply of and demand for workers is unusual in this less dynamic…
