PANews reported on January 6th that Nick Tomaino, founder of 1confirmation, tweeted that Polymarket is like an open and transparent version of Palantir, providing on-chain intelligence tools for everyone. He pointed out that in the Maduro arrest incident, on-chain traders used Polymarket to capture key signals in advance, rather than learning about them afterward. He emphasized that although governments also use such tools, its open nature truly achieves equal access to information.
