Next Cheap Crypto to Hit $1? This Altcoin Is Poised For 10x Upside

The question of which low-cost crypto may take a significant step in the next market stage is being posed once again by crypto investors. The final cycle recorded some of the highest returns offered by tokens which had begun below $1 when usage and adoption occurred.

The focus is now on a new altcoin that is putting together real infrastructure and then launches itself. The market entrants feel that it might be among the first to take a leap towards the one-dollar mark.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM)

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is a new cryptocurrency that is developing a decentralized lending and borrowing protocol. There are two market models in the system that facilitate lending as well as borrowing.

The first is the Peer to Contract (P2C). Users place assets in common liquidity pools and are issued with mtTokens which reflect their deposit. mtTokens yield and the yield is enhanced by an increase in borrowing demand.

To illustrate, when a user deposits 1,000 USDC, he or she will be granted mtUSDC. APY can stay at levels close to 3% to 5% when there is low demand but when the level of utilization increases, the APY can increase to 8%-12% levels as borrowers struggle to get access to liquidity. This renders lending passive and generates income and does not match another user.

The second model is the Peer to Peer (P2P). In this case, borrowing and lending are performed directly by the users. Collateral is posted and types of interest and collateral assets are selected by borrowers. The Loan to Value (LTV) ratios identify the amount of capital that can be attracted.

As an example, a user with a 70% LTV with a collateral of $1,000 is allowed to borrow $700. Liquidation occurs in case of a decrease in collateral prices and the position is no longer safe. Some of the debt is recovered and collateral of which is liquidated is transferred to liquidators at a discount. These are the mechanics typical of a healthy market and enable long-term usage.

Participation and Capital Formation

MUTM is being sold currently in a tiered presale. The stages have a fixed allocation and a more expensive price than the prior one. The presale is something that has been engaged in consistently over the 2025-2026 and the figures indicate increased interest.

Mutuum Finance has collected over $19.7 million to date and has over 18,800 holders. The supply of MUTM is set at 4 billion fixed. That amount has been divided into 45.5% of the supply which is about 1.82 billion tokens of the presale. It has already sold more than 825 million but the sale is still in its later phases.

Pricing has also risen to its current position of $0.04 in the current phase by increasing with a start of $0.01 in the year 2025. That is a 300% growth among the first customers. The initial launch price has been fixed at $0.06, and it provides the early participants with value certainty.

The phase allocation is also becoming stricter since the phase is nearly sold out. The 24-hour leaderboard will reward the most successful buyer of the day with $500 in MUTM to ensure that daily engagement is maintained and hype bouts are not promoted.

Roadmap Launch Expectations

Mutuum Finance made it known that its V1 protocol release will take place in Ethereum Sepolia testnet, then mainnet. V1 switches lending and borrowing, collateral regulations, interest rates and liquidation logic. To analysts that follow the DeFi infrastructure, when a system becomes live it is usually when the shift of valuation models switches to usage instead of narrative.

Security has also been done. Mutuum Finance has passed an independent audit conducted by Halborn Security and has a 90 out of 100 score on CertiK Token Scan. The lending procedures are based on the sound liquidation and execution of collateral and thus audits are important to show the confidence.

Analyst models put MUTM in a potential range of $0.30 to $0.40 in the initial year of its operations in case liquidity develops and lending markets become operational. That would be approximately 650% to 900% upside since the current level is at $0.04. Although nothing can be said with certainty, the price action results in MUTM being among the new cheap cryptocurrencies under the radar that can appreciate over time.

Growth Multipliers Stablecoins and Layer-2

Stablecoin support and expansion of Layer-2 are also scheduled. It is necessary to have stablecoins in the process of borrowing, as it eliminates volatility in repayment and collateral settlements. The layer-2 networks minimize transaction cost and maximize throughput, thereby making the repetitive lending and borrowing scalable.

Both upgrades assist in changing a protocol that is an experiment during launch to one that is capable of supporting continued use. That is what forms longer valuation arcs when the scanning is done on the best crypto to buy below 1. As the presale participation and the launch of the V1 approach, Mutuum Finance has positioned itself in that category entering the next crypto stage of the market.
