MANILA, Philippines – The Office of the Ombudsman has filed graft and malversation cases against former senator Bong Revilla over his alleged involvement in a P92.8-million ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan.
Revilla, along with Department of Public Works and Highways officials, allegedly conspired to release P76 million for the project that was never implemented.
