The extent of former House speaker Martin Romualdez‘s wealth is being unraveled as he continues to face scrutiny over the flood control controversy.
Rappler has uncovered three multimillion-peso properties linked to Romualdez, a cousin of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Each property is detailed in a separate exclusive report, linked below.
A consistent pattern emerges across these transactions. The properties are held under company names, with corporate officers who are close business associates and Upsilon fraternity brothers of Romualdez, based on public records and documents reviewed by Rappler.
The possibility remains that more properties are connected to the same network. You may send information, documents, or leads to investigative@rappler.com that you think may help advance ongoing investigations.
