The integration between Ortana Media Group and EMAM brings workflow automation and orchestration directly into EMAM’s media management platform through Ortana’s Media Aware Workflow Engine (MAWE). This collaboration aims to help organizations modernize media operations by transforming point-solution silos into end-to-end workflows that reflect how media, data, and metadata move through their business.

EMAM’s platform, known as eMAM™, provides a complete media management solution capable of running in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure. With over 110 API integrated technology partners, customers can select best-of-breed tools for integrated workflows addressing media management, creation, and distribution needs. The platform features AI and manual tagging for search capabilities, collaborative editing tools, and multiple distribution options including social media, broadcast systems, and streaming platforms.

Simon Harper, Channel and Partner Manager at Ortana, explained that ‘eMAM is a great example of how Cubix Connect and our new Connect Widget can help customers easily migrate media and metadata from legacy MAM systems and LTO-based archives into eMAM in a controlled, repeatable way.’ He noted that MAWE serves as the integration and orchestration layer that brings over 160 integrations into the eMAM ecosystem, helping customers connect to existing infrastructure while adding automation, metadata enrichment, and scalable workflow control.

David Miller, President at EMAM, commented on the partnership saying, ‘We are excited to work together with Ortana to offer even more tools and flexibility for our customers.’ The integration extends the eMAM ecosystem through Ortana’s portfolio of more than 160 API-based integrations spanning storage, cloud services, AI and machine learning, transcode, quality control, identity management, asset management, and archive platforms available at https://www.emamsolutions.com and https://www.emamcloud.com.

According to the companies, MAWE acts as a coordination layer between systems that abstracts complexity while allowing eMAM to operate within a broader, integration-led architecture. This approach enables customers to support a wider range of infrastructure choices and future-proof their environments as requirements evolve. The partnership aims to reduce the risk and complexity of migration while establishing foundations for scalable automation, enrichment, and long-term interoperability.

The companies are showcasing their combined solution through a webinar on Tuesday, February 17 available at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/7318179422755201627 and at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas from April 18-22. The integration represents a practical, workflow-driven approach to media modernization that allows organizations to optimize solutions for immediate needs while maintaining flexibility for future requirements through extensive configuration options and dozens of channel partners worldwide.

Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto

The post Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Advertisement &nbsp &nbsp Forward Industries, the largest publicly traded Solana treasury company, has filed a $4 billion at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program with the U.S. SEC  to raise more capital for additional SOL accumulation. Forward Strategies Doubles Down On Solana Strategy In a Wednesday press release, Forward Industries revealed that the 4 billion ATM equity offering program will allow the company to issue and sell common stock via Cantor Fitzgerald under a sales agreement dated Sept. 16, 2025. Forward said proceeds will go toward “general corporate purposes,” including the pursuit of its Solana balance sheet and purchases of income-generating assets. The sales of the shares are covered by an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that is already effective – meaning the shares will be tradable once they’re sold. An automatic shelf registration allows certain publicly listed companies to raise capital with flexibility swiftly.  Kyle Samani, Forward’s chairman, astutely described the ATM offering as “a flexible and efficient mechanism” to raise and deploy capital for the company’s Solana strategy and bolster its balance sheet.  Advertisement &nbsp Though the maximum amount is listed as $4 billion, the firm indicated that sales may or may not occur depending on existing market conditions. “The ATM Program enhances our ability to continue scaling that position, strengthen our balance sheet, and pursue growth initiatives in alignment with our long-term vision,” Samani said. Forward Industries kicked off its Solana treasury strategy on Sept. 8. The Wednesday S-3 form follows Forward’s $1.65 billion private investment in public equity that closed last week, led by crypto heavyweights like Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital. The company started deploying that capital this week, announcing it snatched up 6.8 million SOL for approximately $1.58 billion at an average price of $232…
