He has led market entry, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for category-defining companies including LiveRamp, Yahoo! Ad Exchange, MediaMath, Sizmek, CNN International, and Zoho. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with Japan’s largest advertisers, agencies, publishers, and technology partners.

Noriyuki is known for translating globally successful products into Japan-ready offerings through deep localization, strategic go-to-market execution, and long-term partner growth.
