Settlement
MEXC will settle the relevant credits 24 hours after OURA's first trading day based on the disclosed settlement rules and OURA's first-day closing price. The resulting settlement amount will then be credited to eligible users' accounts.
To mirror the actual cost structure of an IPO, participation in this event is subject to the following fees:
• Subscription Fee: 0%
• Selling Fee: 0.5% of the settlement amount, charged at settlement.
After trading ends on the first day of OURA's listing, the platform will use OURA's closing price on the first trading day as the settlement benchmark price and settle users' mirror credits according to the event rules.
Settlement Amount = Successful Subscribed Amount + Final Allocated Amount × [IPO Closing Price × (1 − Selling Fee Rate) − IPO Subscription Price × (1 + Subscription Fee Rate)]
The 0.5% selling fee will be deducted from the settlement amount at the time of settlement.
The mirror credits provided through this event do not represent direct ownership of OURA shares. The final settlement amount depends on the applicable settlement rules and OURA's market performance and may be lower than the user's subscription amount.
