• Incentives: A commercially reasonable search found no methods in which users or tokenholders can earn fees, additional tokens, or any form of compensation by interacting with the network or in relation to holding the token (such as dividends, interest, liquidity rewards, or similar distributions).
• Staking/Liquidity: No staking or liquidity provisioning mechanisms are featured or planned for PENGU.
• Acquisition: PENGU can be acquired via centralized exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, and Bybit) and decentralized exchanges (e.g., Raydium, Orca, and Meteora).

Locking Mechanism and Unlocking Time

Specific allocations of PENGU were subject to vesting schedules:

• Current & Future Team: The allocation of approximately 15.82 billion PENGU (17.80% of the maximum supply) was subject to a one-year cliff with a three-year vesting schedule.
• Company: The allocation of approximately 10.20 billion PENGU (11.48% of the maximum supply) was also subject to a one-year cliff with a three-year vesting schedule.
