Bitget has recently announced the launch of the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub: Semester 1. According to the announcement, it is a new education initiative designed to help young learners explore blockchain as a viable career path in the digital economy.
The Blockchain4Youth initiative has engaged more than 15,000 participants since launch. Recent programs included the LALIGA Youth Tournament in Thailand and the Web3 Young Learners’ Encyclopedia. The cryptocurrency exchange has also partnered with Google Developer Group ETH Campus.
Structure of Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub
The Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub features a structured learning approach. Students can pass assessments and gain professional recognition through a Certificate of Completion signed by Ignacio Aguirre Franco, Chief Marketing Officer of Bitget.
Other things that the certificate facilitates include:
- Verified recognition of Web3 competency for broader networking opportunities
- Priority review for opportunities at Bitget
- Entry into the Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance
The Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance is a core pillar of the program that offers career-oriented support. Members of the alliance will gain access to priority opportunities, industry exposure, and networking channels.
Career Support through Bondex Partnership
Bitget has partnered with Bondex, the Web3 professional network behind web3.career, to offer career support to participants. Web3.career is a blockchain job board, said to be the largest in the industry. Participants will have access to high-tier offerings through the platform.
“Most young people trying to break into Web3 hit the same wall,” said Ignacio Palomera, Co-Founder of Bondex. He added that the lack of network, verified credentials, and a clear job path are bottlenecks that Blockchain4Youth and Bondex are designed to fix.
He continued that users can create a verified profile and get discovered in the Bondex talent pool. Users can also apply directly to companies hiring through web3.career.
“A lot of young people are interested in Web3, but interest alone does not always show them where to begin,” continued the Bitget CMO. “The Learning Hub is about making that first step feel more real by giving learners knowledge, recognition, and a better sense of where this path can lead. When young talent can see opportunity more clearly, they are more likely to believe they belong in the future of this industry.“
The Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub is part of Bitget’s vision to build a long-term infrastructure for Web3 education and talent development. The learning hub emerged shortly after the platform released its universal exchange whitepaper.
The B4Y Talent Alliance has also extended an invitation to recruiting blockchain companies, announcing that it would help them connect with emerging talent, expand industry access, and create more pathways into Web3.
