Anthropic has moved from private-market rumor to formal IPO preparation. On June 1, 2026, the Claude developer confidentially submitted a draft Form S-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, only days after raising $65 billion at a $965 billion post-money valuation.
For retail investors, that creates a familiar frustration. The biggest gains may be built while companies remain private, yet ordinary buyers often arrive only after the listing. They are unaware of the next big unicorns in the private market and are unable to access pre-IPOs.
So can a $10 token-powered route offer earlier exposure to the AI boom?
Form S-1 is the core U.S. registration document for a public offering. However, Anthropic’s filing is still confidential, which means investors cannot yet inspect its financial statements, risk factors, proposed ticker, share count, price range, or listing date.
Anthropic said the submission gives it the option to go public after SEC review. Therefore, the filing shows intent, not certainty. Market conditions, regulatory comments, or internal strategy could still change the timetable.
Anthropic moved ahead in the AI IPO race, but OpenAI’s confidential S-1 filing on June 8, 2026, brought the two companies closer. But SpaceX remains further ahead after releasing its public S-1 on May 20 and targeting a valuation of about $1.75 trillion. But Anthropic ($965 Billion) has higher revenue than OpenAI ($852 Billion).
Anthropic was valued at $965 billion in May, while its annualized revenue reportedly passed $47 billion. The company also said its engineers now ship 8 times as much code per quarter, showing how Claude is improving internal development.
According to UC Today’s 9th June 2026 report, Claude Mythos could launch as early as June 10, potentially strengthening Anthropic’s enterprise offering. However, investors must still decide whether these private-market valuations are justified once full costs and risks become public.
These developments are promising, but they raise an important question:
“Will public investors accept private-market prices, or demand a reset once the companies’ full costs and risks become visible?”
Private AI shares usually move through venture funds, employee transactions, special-purpose vehicles, and secondary marketplaces. These routes may require
Consider an investor with $100 who believes enterprise AI will keep growing. That investor cannot normally buy a tiny slice of Anthropic directly. By the time public trading begins, the company may already carry a valuation close to $1 trillion.
IPO Genie ($IPO) utility token to give users access to research tools, Bronze→Platinum platform benefits, staking, voting rights, and selected private-market investment opportunities. Its whitepaper states that some opportunities may start from $10, far below traditional venture-capital checks.
Still, buying $IPO is not the same as owning Anthropic or OpenAI stock. Access depends on which deals are actually listed, local eligibility rules, legal structure, liquidity, and the documents attached to each offering.
| Route | Typical starting point | What investors receive | Main trade-off |
| IPO Genie token-powered deals | From $10 where offered | Access to eligible tokenized deal structures and platform tools | Deal availability, token risk, and jurisdiction limits |
| Private secondary marketplace | Often thousands of dollars or more | Shares or SPV interests in a named private company | Accreditation, fees, transfer limits, and thin liquidity |
| Public IPO purchase | Market price after listing | Listed common shares | Early private-stage gains may already be priced in |
For smaller investors, token-powered access may suit broad, early-stage exploration. Secondary marketplaces may suit accredited buyers seeking a specific company and willing to accept higher minimums.
IPO Genie has already shown its token-powered proof-of-concept through the Vault Campaign.
All Vault listings are publicly available on IPO Genie’s official Twitter and in the Vault section of its website. So this provides the transparency and real-time validation for retail participants.

With a $1,000 investment, Kevin secures millions of $IPO tokens, gaining early access to high-growth private-market AI deals. For retail investors, this represents a rare opportunity to participate in pre-IPO access previously reserved for institutions.
Over the next 60 to 120 days, watch for Anthropic’s public S-1, named underwriters, audited financials, offering size, and any proposed ticker. Also, compare its valuation with OpenAI’s fundraising and SpaceX’s public-market reception.
The opportunity is speculative, not automatic. IPO Genie may lower the entry barrier to eligible private-market deals, but investors should verify what asset they receive, whether it is transferable, and how liquidity works before committing funds.
Anthropic’s filing has opened the door to a new AI IPO cycle. The real test is whether retail investors can enter before that door becomes expensive again.
