A long-term price projection for XRP and its implications for the fortunes of Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen have become the focus of a recent post by crypto commentator Digital Asset Investor.

According to the commentator, much of the current conversation has centered on reports that Elon Musk could become the world’s first trillionaire, particularly following expectations surrounding a future SpaceX initial public offering. However, he suggested that another individual could ultimately surpass that level of wealth under certain circumstances.

Chris Larson Mentioned as Potential Beneficiary of XRP Appreciation

Speaking from Baltimore, Maryland, where he said he was on a family vacation, Digital Asset Investor referred to previous forecasts made by Phil and Dom Kwok. He noted that the two have projected that XRP could reach $1,000 by the year 2030.

Based on that scenario, he pointed to Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen as a possible beneficiary. Citing information obtained from the artificial intelligence platform Grok, the commentator stated that Larson owns approximately 2.5 billion XRP.

He explained that if XRP were to trade at $1,000, those holdings alone would be valued at roughly $2.5 trillion. He added that the estimate does not account for Larson’s ownership stake in Ripple or other assets, which could further increase his net worth.

Digital Asset Investor described the possibility as an interesting development, particularly in light of projections that have placed Elon Musk’s future wealth at around $1.1 trillion.

Not everyone who responded to the post agreed with the outlook presented in the video. Some users questioned both the feasibility and the timeline associated with a four-digit XRP price.
