The future of digital ownership was spotlighted during an exclusive pre-Grammy celebration at ARC Beverly, where Xavvi formally introduced its AI- and Web3-powered creator platform. The launch marked a significant milestone in efforts to rebalance power within the digital economy by enabling creators and influencers to retain ownership of their audiences, content, and data. Positioned as foundational infrastructure rather than a conventional social platform, Xavvi aims to redefine how digital value is created and controlled.

The event underscored a broader industry conversation around creator empowerment, as traditional social media models continue to centralize data and monetization. By combining artificial intelligence with blockchain-based asset ownership, Xavvi is seeking to establish a creator-first ecosystem built on transparency, control, and long-term value.

A Cultural Moment for a New Digital Model

Beyond a standard product unveiling, the evening symbolized a cultural shift toward creator-led digital systems. Hosted by Billboard Top 40 artist Ricky Rebel, the event featured a red carpet experience supported by Getty Images and live performances that reinforced its entertainment industry ties. Musical appearances included singer-songwriter Liyah Bey, while the night concluded with a performance by multi-platinum recording artist B. Howard, whose closing set emphasized themes of resilience and achievement.

The guest list reflected strong interest from both the entertainment and civic communities. Attendees included Grammy-nominated artists, cultural leaders from Beverly Hills, and executives from major media and entertainment organizations. Their presence highlighted growing recognition that emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain may play a defining role in the next phase of the creator economy.

Vision for Data Ownership and Creator Control

During the keynote address, Xavvi’s leadership outlined the platform’s core philosophy, emphasizing that AI and Web3 technologies ultimately revolve around data ownership. The company’s founder and chief executive explained that creators generate substantial digital value through their audiences and content, yet historically have lacked control over the data they produce. Xavvi was presented as a solution designed to reverse that imbalance by placing ownership directly in the hands of creators.

This vision resonated with broader industry concerns about platform dependency, algorithmic opacity, and limited revenue participation. By using blockchain-secured digital assets, Xavvi positions creators as primary stakeholders rather than participants operating within closed ecosystems.

AI Digital Twins and Always-On Engagement

One of Xavvi’s defining features is the use of AI-generated digital twins. These intelligent avatars are designed to interact with fans continuously, enabling creators to maintain engagement even when offline. The platform frames these avatars as tools for transforming passive followers into active community members, capable of driving ongoing interaction and revenue generation.

This approach reflects a growing trend toward automation in fan engagement, while still allowing creators to define the personality, boundaries, and objectives of their digital counterparts.

Tokenized Audience Relationships

Xavvi also introduces blockchain-based Trustable Data Assets, which convert audience relationships into verifiable digital assets. These assets are designed to grow alongside a creator’s career, providing measurable and transferable value tied to engagement rather than platform-specific metrics. By securing these relationships on-chain, the platform aims to offer transparency and durability that traditional analytics systems cannot provide.

This model reframes audience data as an asset owned by creators rather than a resource extracted by intermediaries, aligning with increasing demand for ethical data practices.

Creator-First Monetization Structure

Monetization is another area where Xavvi differentiates itself. The platform operates on a revenue-sharing framework that allocates the majority of net revenue directly to creators. In parallel, fans can receive token-based incentives for meaningful engagement and support, reinforcing alignment between creators and their communities.

This structure is intended to promote sustainable growth by ensuring that both creators and audiences benefit from long-term participation rather than short-term reach.

Toward a Creator-Owned Digital Future

As dissatisfaction with traditional social media platforms continues to grow, Xavvi presents itself as a viable alternative focused on ownership, transparency, and scalability. The platform’s launch at a culturally significant industry event reflects confidence in its vision and signals a broader shift toward decentralized, creator-owned digital ecosystems.

By integrating AI-driven engagement with blockchain-secured ownership, Xavvi positions itself as infrastructure for the next generation of digital creators seeking lasting control over their value and legacy.

UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach

The post UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. British crypto holders may soon face a very different landscape as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) moves to expand its regulatory reach in the industry. A new consultation paper outlines how the watchdog intends to apply its rulebook to crypto firms, shaping everything from asset safeguarding to trading platform operation. According to the financial regulator, these proposals would translate into clearer protections for retail investors and stricter oversight of crypto firms. UK FCA plans Until now, UK crypto users mostly encountered the FCA through rules on promotions and anti-money laundering checks. The consultation paper goes much further. It proposes direct oversight of stablecoin issuers, custodians, and crypto-asset trading platforms (CATPs). For investors, that means the wallets, exchanges, and coins they rely on could soon be subject to the same governance and resilience standards as traditional financial institutions. The regulator has also clarified that firms need official authorization before serving customers. This condition should, in theory, reduce the risk of sudden platform failures or unclear accountability. David Geale, the FCA’s executive director of payments and digital finance, said the proposals are designed to strike a balance between innovation and protection. He explained: “We want to develop a sustainable and competitive crypto sector – balancing innovation, market integrity and trust.” Geale noted that while the rules will not eliminate investment risks, they will create consistent standards, helping consumers understand what to expect from registered firms. Why does this matter for crypto holders? The UK regulatory framework shift would provide safer custody of assets, better disclosure of risks, and clearer recourse if something goes wrong. However, the regulator was also frank in its submission, arguing that no rulebook can eliminate the volatility or inherent risks of holding digital assets. Instead, the focus is on ensuring that when consumers choose to invest, they do…
