White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt clarified that talks with Iran have not been finalized after the latter said it agreed to talks with the United States (US) to begin Friday in Pakistan.
“There are discussions about in-person talks, but nothing is final until announced by the President or the White House, Karoline said.
Market reaction
The US Dollar Index (DXY) is licking its wound near 98.90, down 0.76% on the day. Meanwhile, WTI is cutting losses to trade near $91, as of writing.
