Hitler-obsessed man who menaced No Kings protesters now faces child porn charges: report

A Tennessee man who menaced No Kings protesters with an illegal firearm last year faces new charges — this time for possessing illegal abuse images of children.

According to NewsChannel 5's Phil Williams, "A federal grand jury in Nashville recently returned a superseding indictment against Elijah Millar, 20, adding two additional firearms charges, as well as ... possession of art work that depicted children engaged in sex acts."

"Millar was arrested on June 14, 2025, after he 'brandished' a handgun while clashing with a few of the thousands of protesters who attended a peaceful 'No Kings' rally in downtown Nashville, according to Metro Nashville police," said the report. "NewsChannel 5 Investigates later revealed a disturbing history of Millar being fascinated with Adolf Hitler and mass murderers. His social media accounts showed he had decorated several firearms in a style that mimicked some notorious mass murderers."

He has been locked up ever since that initial arrest.

This follows after a number of the people pardoned by President Donald Trump for their involvement in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol have ended up back in trouble with the law for child abuse-related charges.

Some of them include David Daniel, who reached a guilty plea earlier this month for sexual exploitation of a minor and possessing sexually explicit images of children; and Andrew Paul Johnson, who was sentenced to life in prison for molesting and exposing himself to children.
