PANews reported on December 3rd that, according to The Block, former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried stated on the X platform on December 3rd that he was "delighted by Juan Orlando's release; he absolutely deserved a pardon," responding to Trump's decision to pardon former Honduran President Hernández. SBF is currently serving a 25-year sentence and is seeking an appeal and a pardon from Trump. Despite his parents' active lobbying, his chances of a pardon are slim due to his $5.2 million donation to Biden's 2020 campaign.
