On-chain audits show that Ethereum-related addresses had essentially exhausted their USDT reserves by October , with the last effective transfer occurring on November 3rd . Tron addresses, after multiple rounds of fund collection in November , were exhausted on November 28th , subsequently using new addresses to collect user funds but ceasing transfers to ordinary users. As of December 2nd , Huionepay had only approximately 990,000 USDT remaining on the blockchain.
