Extreme Networks Names Ron Pasek to Board of Directors

Strengthens Strategic Leadership to Fuel Long-Term Shareholder Value

MORRISVILLE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Extreme Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXTR) a leader in AI-powered automation for networking, today announced it has strengthened its board of directors with the addition of Ron Pasek, a seasoned executive and board member who has previously served as Chief Financial Officer and board member for a number of public tech companies. At Extreme, Pasek will provide strategic, financial, and governance oversight as the company continues to advance its long-term growth objectives.

Pasek brings deep financial and public-company governance expertise, including oversight of complex operations and compliance. He serves on the boards of Astroscale and SunPower, where he chairs the Audit Committee. Previously, he served on the boards of SADA and Zendesk, was CFO at NetApp and Altera, and held senior finance leadership roles at Sun Microsystems. Pasek has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Finance from San Jose State University.
