PANews reported on January 27th that, according to The Block, asset tokenization company Securitize has hired former Nasdaq U.S. Equities and ETPs Head Giang Bui to expand its tokenization business. As the newly appointed Vice President of Issuer Growth at Securitize, she will work with "public and private market issuers" to bring regulated, issuer-led tokenized products to market. Bui previously worked at several exchanges, including Cboe Global Markets, the New York Stock Exchange, and Nasdaq. During her time at Nasdaq, she helped build the exchange's digital asset ETF business and was deeply involved in the listing process of the spot Bitcoin ETF.
