PANews reported on January 30 that, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, as ETH fell to $2,800, the Hyperliquid account of a "whale with $230 million in long positions" went from a profit of $142 million half a month ago to zero and started to lose money.
His current long positions have a floating loss of $83.57 million, with the main position being ETH. The liquidation price is $2,280, which is $534 away from the current price.
- 212,000 ETH ($596 million) long, opening price $3,149, unrealized loss $73.84 million, liquidation price $2,280;
- 511,000 SOL tokens ($60.01 million) long, opened at $130.1, with a floating loss of $6.5 million;
- The position consists of 572 BTC (US$48.26 million), opened at US$91,506, and is currently showing a floating loss of US$4.14 million.
