PANews reported on February 7 that, according to Cointelegraph, Google searches for the term "Bitcoin" surged in the past week as Bitcoin's price briefly fell below $60,000 for the first time since October 2024.
Preliminary data from Google Trends shows that global searches for "Bitcoin" reached 100 in the week beginning February 1, the highest level in the past 12 months. The previous peak occurred in the week of November 16-23, when Bitcoin fell below the psychological threshold of $100,000 for the first time in nearly six months.
