According to the update, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings were acquired for approximately $54.52 billion, at an average cost basis of ~$76,027 per BTC.
The latest transaction increases the firm’s position during a period when Bitcoin has been trading below its previous highs, reinforcing Strategy’s continued accumulation strategy.
The purchase reflects Strategy’s ongoing approach of deploying capital into Bitcoin as a primary treasury reserve asset. With 717,131 BTC now under management, the company remains one of the largest corporate holders of Bitcoin globally.
The announcement included ticker references to $MSTR and $STRC, highlighting the market vehicles associated with the company’s capital structure.
