LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP (formerly Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP) announced today that it has been ranked No. 2 nationally in Institutional Shareholder Services’ Securities Class Action Services (“ISS SCAS”) Top 50 Plaintiff Law Firms 2025 report, which ranks plaintiffs’ securities firms by the aggregate settlement amount achieved for shareholders in North American securities-related class action settlements during the 2025 calendar year.

According to ISS SCAS, Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter achieved $585.9 million in total settlement funds approved by courts in 2025—placing the Firm second overall among plaintiffs’ firms.

The Firm’s 2025 results included serving as Lead Counsel in the $433.5 million Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. securities class action settlement—the largest securities-related settlement recorded in North America in 2025—and serving as Co-Lead Counsel in the $120 million ViacomCBS Inc. settlement in New York state court.
