Veteran logistics industry executive, Jason Bergman, joins as CEO as T.J. O’Connor retires; CFO, Jay Baker promoted to President and CFO

HENDERSON, Nev.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–FragilePAK today announced a series of executive leadership transitions to position the Company for accelerated growth and enhanced strategic execution.

After four years of strong leadership and significant contributions, T.J. O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer of FragilePAK, has decided to facilitate a transition to a new leader.

Since joining the Company in 2022, O’Connor brought deep logistics industry experience to FragilePAK and has been instrumental in building the operational foundation and organizational processes that have positioned the business for scalable, long-term success. FragilePAK and its leadership team thank T.J. for his service and the meaningful impact he has had on the Company’s growth and capabilities.

FragilePAK is pleased to announce that Jason Bergman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday, March 2, 2026. Bergman brings a broad background of logistics and commercial leadership through roles spanning more than two decades in the transportation industry, including senior executive positions focused on strategic growth, sales, and customer expansion. His cross-functional experience in logistics and commercial strategy makes him well-suited to lead FragilePAK into its next phase of growth as the company continues to grow its core markets and strategically expand specialized delivery services. T.J. will remain at the Company through the end of March as an Executive Advisor to help ensure a successful transition with Jason.

In conjunction with this transition, FragilePAK is promoting Jay Baker, who has served as Chief Financial Officer, to the expanded role of President and Chief Financial Officer. Jay has been with FragilePAK for nearly five years and has played a key role in driving value creation, long-term planning, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
