Epik Solutions Calls for Human-Centered Approach to Technology Amid High Digital Transformation Failure Rates

Epik Solutions is raising awareness around the growing need for human-centered innovation in the technology sector, urging businesses and professionals to rethink how digital transformation is designed, adopted, and led. The company advocates for an approach to technology that prioritizes people, balance, and real-world impact, not just speed or automation.

‘Technology should make life easier, not more complicated,’ said the company’s CEO. ‘Too many transformation efforts fail because they forget the people who have to live with the systems every day.’ The call comes at a critical time for businesses navigating rapid digital change. According to a 2024 Gartner report, nearly 70% of digital transformation initiatives fail, often due to poor employee adoption and lack of cultural alignment. At the same time, the 2025 Gallup Global Workplace Report shows that only 23% of employees worldwide feel engaged at work.

‘These numbers tell a clear story,’ said Epik Solutions’ Digital Transformation Lead. ‘When technology ignores human experience, adoption drops and value disappears.’ Epik Solutions has spent the past decade building systems that work alongside existing platforms rather than replacing them. This approach has resulted in 90% repeat business, a sign of long-term trust and measurable outcomes.

Inside the organization, Epik Solutions practices the same principles it promotes externally. The company supports flexible work-from-home policies across regions and measures success by outcomes, not hours logged. ‘Work should fit into life, not the other way around,’ the CEO said. ‘People work differently, and respecting that creates better results.’ That philosophy guided the company during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Epik Solutions chose not to lay off a single employee, reinforcing its commitment to long-term people-first leadership.

Epik Solutions is also encouraging the industry to use technology to address larger social and environmental challenges. The company has supported climate technology initiatives, including wildfire mitigation projects with major utility providers. According to the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, climate-related disasters have tripled since the 1980s, increasing the need for predictive and preventative solutions. ‘Technology gives us the ability to prevent problems, not just respond to them,’ said the Platform Lead. ‘Data and AI can help protect communities when they’re used with intent and responsibility.’

Rather than focusing solely on what companies should do, Epik Solutions is encouraging individual leaders, professionals, and teams to take action on their own. ‘Start by simplifying one thing,’ the CEO said. ‘A process, a meeting, a workflow, or even your mindset. Small changes create momentum.’ The company plans to release open-access white papers and community webinars to help people learn how to design simpler, more human technology experiences in their own roles.

The post A Netflix ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Short Film Has Been Rated For Release appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. KPop Demon Hunters Netflix Everyone has wondered what may be the next step for KPop Demon Hunters as an IP, given its record-breaking success on Netflix. Now, the answer may be something exactly no one predicted. According to a new filing with the MPA, something called Debut: A KPop Demon Hunters Story has been rated PG by the ratings body. It’s listed alongside some other films, and this is obviously something that has not been publicly announced. A short film could be well, very short, a few minutes, and likely no more than ten. Even that might be pushing it. Using say, Pixar shorts as a reference, most are between 4 and 8 minutes. The original movie is an hour and 36 minutes. The “Debut” in the title indicates some sort of flashback, perhaps to when HUNTR/X first arrived on the scene before they blew up. Previously, director Maggie Kang has commented about how there were more backstory components that were supposed to be in the film that were cut, but hinted those could be explored in a sequel. But perhaps some may be put into a short here. I very much doubt those scenes were fully produced and simply cut, but perhaps they were finished up for this short film here. When would Debut: KPop Demon Hunters theoretically arrive? I’m not sure the other films on the list are much help. Dead of Winter is out in less than two weeks. Mother Mary does not have a release date. Ne Zha 2 came out earlier this year. I’ve only seen news stories saying The Perfect Gamble was supposed to come out in Q1 2025, but I’ve seen no evidence that it actually has. The post Another Nasdaq-Listed Company Announces Massive Bitcoin (BTC) Purchase! Becomes 14th Largest Company! – They’ll Also Invest in Trump-Linked Altcoin! appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. While the number of Bitcoin (BTC) treasury companies continues to increase day by day, another Nasdaq-listed company has announced its purchase of BTC. Accordingly, live broadcast and e-commerce company GD Culture Group announced a $787.5 million Bitcoin purchase agreement. According to the official statement, GD Culture Group announced that they have entered into an equity agreement to acquire assets worth $875 million, including 7,500 Bitcoins, from Pallas Capital Holding, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. GD Culture will issue approximately 39.2 million shares of common stock in exchange for all of Pallas Capital’s assets, including $875.4 million worth of Bitcoin. GD Culture CEO Xiaojian Wang said the acquisition deal will directly support the company’s plan to build a strong and diversified crypto asset reserve while capitalizing on the growing institutional acceptance of Bitcoin as a reserve asset and store of value. With this acquisition, GD Culture is expected to become the 14th largest publicly traded Bitcoin holding company. The number of companies adopting Bitcoin treasury strategies has increased significantly, exceeding 190 by 2025. Immediately after the deal was announced, GD Culture shares fell 28.16% to $6.99, their biggest drop in a year. As you may also recall, GD Culture announced in May that it would create a cryptocurrency reserve. At this point, the company announced that they plan to invest in Bitcoin and President Donald Trump’s official meme coin, TRUMP token, through the issuance of up to $300 million in stock. *This is not investment advice.
