Predict.fun acquires Probable to boost BNB Chain prediction market dominance, offering users 2x fee returns and double Predict Points.

Predict.fun has acquired Probable, the onchain prediction platform backed by PancakeSwap and YZi Labs. The announcement came through Predict.fun’s official social media channels.

Since its December 2025 launch, Predict.fun has processed $1.5 billion in cumulative trading volume.

The platform now serves over 120,000 users and has recorded more than 3.3 million transactions. This deal marks a bold step in the race to build the most capital-efficient prediction market in the world.

Predict.fun Strengthens Its BNB Chain Prediction Market Position

The acquisition targets three specific growth areas. First, it accelerates protocol development across the full Predict.fun technology stack.

Second, it expands the platform’s existing DeFi-derived yield system on open positions. Third, the deal deepens Predict.fun’s ties within the broader BNB ecosystem.

According to the announcement, the Probable team joins Predict.fun in-house. This move allows faster iteration on market architecture and execution efficiency.

The combined team will work toward building a multi-source, dynamically routed yield engine. That system is designed to drive stronger capital optimization and better composability across the platform.

Predict.fun founder Dingaling addressed the strategic direction in a statement.

“Prediction markets live or die by their liquidity architecture and market design,” he said.

The acquisition, he added, accelerates progress toward the most capital-efficient forecasting infrastructure available.

Probable also shared its perspective on the deal. The team noted that joining Predict.fun gives them the distribution, liquidity, and execution layer needed to scale their market design vision at a meaningful level.

Asian Market Reach and Ecosystem Alignment Drive the Deal

Probable had already built a strong user base across key Asian markets before the acquisition. Predict.fun sees this as a major advantage.

Bringing those communities into its platform broadens its geographic reach. It also reinforces network effects that strengthen the platform’s standing in Asia’s growing prediction market space.

Beyond user growth, the deal also improves Predict.fun’s integration within the BNB ecosystem.

Working more closely with ecosystem-native teams gives the platform a more embedded role in BNB’s expanding DeFi and application stack. That level of alignment is increasingly important as the BNB ecosystem continues to grow across multiple verticals.

The acquisition reflects a wider trend in onchain prediction markets.

Platforms are moving away from fragmented competition and toward consolidation. Merging liquidity pools, user bases, and technical talent gives larger players a structural edge.

What the Acquisition Means for Probable Users on Predict.fun

Probable users will not face sudden disruptions.

According to the announcement, no immediate changes to user accounts or open positions are expected during the initial transition phase. A streamlined migration process will guide existing Probable users onto the Predict.fun platform.

The deal also comes with direct rewards for Probable’s existing community.

All USDT trading fees paid by users on Probable as of March 3rd, 2026, will return to them at twice the original value. Probable Points will also convert at a 2:1 ratio, meaning one Probable Point becomes two Predict Points on the new platform.

Predict.fun confirmed that detailed instructions on how to claim these rewards would follow shortly after the acquisition announcement. The transition structure appears designed to retain Probable’s existing user base while encouraging early engagement on Predict.fun.

For users already active on both platforms, the combined rewards create a clear incentive to consolidate activity under the Predict.fun umbrella.

BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models

The post BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. BlackRock is steering $185 billion worth of model portfolios deeper into US stocks and artificial intelligence. The decision came this week as the asset manager adjusted its entire model suite, increasing its equity allocation and dumping exposure to international developed markets. The firm now sits 2% overweight on stocks, after money moved between several of its biggest exchange-traded funds. This wasn’t a slow shuffle. Billions flowed across multiple ETFs on Tuesday as BlackRock executed the realignment. The iShares S&P 100 ETF (OEF) alone brought in $3.4 billion, the largest single-day haul in its history. The iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) collected $2.3 billion, while the iShares US Equity Factor Rotation Active ETF (DYNF) added nearly $2 billion. The rebalancing triggered swift inflows and outflows that realigned investor exposure on the back of performance data and macroeconomic outlooks. BlackRock raises equities on strong US earnings The model updates come as BlackRock backs the rally in American stocks, fueled by strong earnings and optimism around rate cuts. In an investment letter obtained by Bloomberg, the firm said US companies have delivered 11% earnings growth since the third quarter of 2024. Meanwhile, earnings across other developed markets barely touched 2%. That gap helped push the decision to drop international holdings in favor of American ones. Michael Gates, lead portfolio manager for BlackRock’s Target Allocation ETF model portfolio suite, said the US market is the only one showing consistency in sales growth, profit delivery, and revisions in analyst forecasts. “The US equity market continues to stand alone in terms of earnings delivery, sales growth and sustainable trends in analyst estimates and revisions,” Michael wrote. He added that non-US developed markets lagged far behind, especially when it came to sales. This week’s changes reflect that position. The move was made ahead of the Federal…
