Just in time for Halloween, a new original horror series from Spain lands on Prime Video that will ​be sure​ to creep you out.

Dime tu nombre (Tell me Your Name) blends supernatural terror with social and religious tensions, exploring how ancient fears surface amid cultural conflict in ​a story set in the late 1990s Spain.

The chilling six-episode production arrives on the streaming service on October 31, adding to Prime Video’s successful Spanish catalog that includes the Culpables film trilogy.

The story unfolds in 1997 in Río Blanco, a Spanish town that depends on strawberry farming. Local residents have agreed to let Moroccan seasonal workers settle in Fuensanta, a nearby abandoned village. But the living arrangement creates friction from the start.

What none of them realize ​is that something buried beneath the foundations of Fuensanta is about to unleash their worst nightmares. The series unearths ancient pain and ancestral fear that transcends faith and prayer​​.

The series was filmed across multiple Spanish locations, including Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Segovia, Tarragona and the Monegros desert. Each of the six episodes runs 50 minutes.

Directed by Hugo Stuven (Solo, Anomalous), the series was created and written by Alejandro Hernández, Stuven and César de Nicolás. The production comes from Espotlight Media, known for Los Farad, and Skybound Entertainment, the company behind The Walking Dead. Anxo Rodriguez, Paula Cobo and Alejandro Hernández serve as executive producers for Espotlight Media, while Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Rick Jacobs and Sean Furst executive produce for Skybound Entertainment.

The ensemble cast includes Elena Rivera (Cuéntame cómo pasó, Inés del alma mía) and Raúl Arévalo (Tarde para la ira). Carla Quilez (La maternal), Ramón Barea (Todos lo saben), Ramón Langa (El ministerio del tiempo), Amin Hamada (La unidad), Somaya Taoufiki (El niño), Nourdin Batan (Todos los nombres de Dios), Pepa Aniorte (Volver), Iyad Bennis and Alae Gamra round out the ensemble.

Dime tu nombre premieres globally on Prime Video on October 31, 2025.
